Additional Details and Exclusions

  • Backup Scope: Our backups cover data stored and processed within the Marian Services platform according to your subscription plan. This includes databases, essential configuration files, and documents uploaded directly to the platform. It does not include data stored externally or in third-party systems not directly integrated.
  • Restoration Process: Restoration requests are handled by our technical support team. Response time and restoration priority depend on your subscription level, as detailed in the table above. We will make every effort to restore your data as quickly as possible, but the exact time may vary depending on the complexity of the incident.
  • Backup Testing: We conduct periodic tests of our backup systems to ensure their functionality and reliability. However, we do not routinely perform restoration tests of specific customer data unless explicitly requested and the associated cost is agreed upon for eligible subscriptions.
  • Customer Responsibility: While Marian Services is committed to performing backups as stipulated, it is the customer's responsibility to maintain independent backups of their critical data. Although we take all possible measures to ensure data integrity, external factors such as network failures, human errors, or malicious attacks may impact backup availability.
  • Warranty Disclaimer: The "Backup Frequency" indicates our system targets. However, we cannot guarantee 100% data recovery in all scenarios or within an exact timeframe, especially for lower subscription tiers where frequency is lower and priority is basic. Catastrophic failures, data corruption between backups, or user errors may result in data loss, even with successful backups.
  • Policy Modifications: Marian Services reserves the right to modify this backup policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through our official channels or via email.
