Data deletion request

In Colombia, personal data protection is primarily regulated by Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, which establish the rights of data subjects, known as ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition).

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data as described in our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, under our Disclaimer and limitations established by law.

For now, we recommend contacting support@marian.services to request the deletion of your data by providing the following information:

1. Type and number of identification document
2. Full name
3. Email address
4. Organization through which you registered your data in our services
5. Clear and simple request stating your desire to delete your data from all our services

Once we confirm receipt of your request, we will proceed to verify your identity and the information provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently delete your personal data from our services in a fully automated way. We are still working on a secure, easy, and fast method to request, verify, and proceed with the deletion of your data.
